Hello

Latest USG findings suggest increased liquor.
It is important to know amniotic fluid index(AFI).It is important in proper management.
Polyhydramnios may develop with advancement of pregnancy. It can be presumed that there is no anomaly associated with fetus. There are few fetal anomalies which causes increase in liquour.
Mild polyhydramnios may go away on its own.
Severe polyhydramnios may require treatment, such as draining the excess amniotic fluid.

At this stage your wife may need regular follow up.
Other findings are normal.

Get well soon.
Take Care
